Hi! from Chch NZ :) I love (maybe a bit too much) PICs peanut butter, made in NZ from Aussie peanuts. Very yummy. Also the Slendier Noodles and variations from New World supermarkets, they have very low carbs, maybe none? Sorry cant remember. Verkerks Salami snack sticks, yummy and easily fit in you handbag, no refrigeration required. What really surprised me was the Massel stock cubes I was having one a day, thinking it was 2 carbs BUT when I actually read the back properly, 1 cube is considered 4 servings!! so I was actually have 8 carbs in a cup. Very annoying, the lesson for me is to read everything. Pams sundried tomato pesto is made with sesame seeds and is quite low in carbs and very tasty.

Have a look at Christine Cronau. She's a LCHF proponent in Australia. She's a got a book that has some really tasty looking recipes that you might be interested in.

There are not a lot of LC products in NZ. There are a couple of Sugar-Free websites that import stuff from the US. Mostly I just eat real food and the occasional ProteinFX protein bar. Their powder is good too. Weight watchers jelly is good for deserts, especially topped with a squirt or two of Tatua Farms spray cream. Oh and Export 33 and Pure Blonde are good low carb beers :)

Honestly, really, the "low carb!" "products" are often pretty counterproductive. The sugar alcohols tend to do more harm than good.

Besides, you have access to some of the world's best lamb, and it's local. Who needs products when you have that?
