    Hey guys! You are all doing great! I'm really sorry but I have to drop out for this month. I have a pinched nerve in my upper back/neck and haven't been able to do much for over a week. I know I won't be much good to the team at this point so I'm taking myself out.

    Hoping this will resolve very soon and I'll be back for August!

    OK, call me a flake but I'm back in thanks to Lisa and her kind words, along with some at-home PT and a good massage. I'm feeling a bit better and am going to take it slow, but I will have some small numbers to contribute after all.
