This is a little late going but lets here from everyone. Here are some possible points to discuss.

1. What are your mini goals this week.
2. What has been a good high moment in recent days
3. What has been a bad low moment in recent days and how are you recovering from it
4. Anything else that is on your mind.

Lets get talking

    Here is my list.
    1. I hope to lose .6 lb this week. (my weigh in was Monday not the usual Saturday.)
    2. I have been thankful to God that the past three days, even though I have stress at work, I have been very good logging and making good food choices.
    3. My low moment is not getting along with my trainee. I haven't had the best luck training her, been both my part and hers. She is still working along side me, but being taught mostly by someone else. It is a definite conflict that is causing more tension that is needed. I am trying to think outside the box on how to smooth the situation. But I have been still eating very well.
    4. My steps so far this week 24,024. Goal is 50,000.

    1. Exercise 4x times
    2. I exercised at my desk yesterday because I was going to have no other opportunity
    3. I'm fostering kittens and they have diarrhea. My house reeks (more so because the air conditioning isn't working properly). This brings my motivation to make healthier choices waaaaaaay down.
    4. I can see that Pokemon Go is going to make me want to get out and walk more! But I need the game to stop having server issues!

    1. Mini goal is to recover from the beginning of my week and to log my complete days for the days remaining.
    2. A good high moment for me was getting out of the house and hanging out with my brother while our boys watched the fireworks.
    3. Getting my call from my dr and having to tack on more appointments with specialists and for a biopsy.
    4. I love Sante fe salads? Lol no seriously I'm just tired, and frozen, I think I need to find me a good multivitamin today.

I hope things with your trainee get easier :/ it's never fun to have to deal with hard people. But good news is you've stuck to your dedication and made awesome decisions! ♡

    1. Workout daily
    2. I did day 1 of C25K and didn't die
    3. Yesterday I had a burrito bowl and I didn't realize how much I needed the carbs from the tortilla. I really struggled to eat it and it made me face some feelings.
    4. I wish the weather would stop being so gloomy.

In order to help with the diarrhea kittens, they brought me a large dog crate to keep them (and the mess) in. My place is pretty small and this crate takes up my entire exercise place! I don't know how I'll get my workouts in now! :(

Grrr...I just lost my whole post just as I was finishing it. Well, I have been logging daily, getting 30 minutes exercise and work on emotional eating daily, but removing wheat flour, potatoes, rice etc from my diet has been more difficult.

Summer vacation is better when you are a grown up. I appreciate it so much more than when I was a kid anyway.

    Here is my list.
    1. I hope to lose .6 lb this week. (my weigh in was Monday not the usual Saturday.) I have been pretty good this week, so I think I will hit this goal tomorrow.
    2. I am proud that during my "conflict" meeting today I kept my calm, we are attempting at working things out with the trainee. The hard part was when her story changes three times about today's conflict making me look worse, and she kept interrupting our boss multiple times. I would not have been able to keep my cool the way my boss did being interrupted. By the end of the meeting I said I would monitor my tone with training her and was the better person. My 2/3 kind of merge. More of my proud moment was walking away instead of escalating, and left for a long walk to calm down.
    3. My low moment was my trainee telling me off this morning. I kept calm, and walked away before she could berate me any further. I left for a long walk for my boss to talk with her and get her side and talk with her bosses and get insight. We had a meeting this afternoon. not getting along with my trainee. I haven't had the best luck training her, been both my part and hers. She is still working along side me, but being taught mostly by someone else. It is a definite conflict that is causing more tension that is needed. I am trying to think outside the box on how to smooth the situation. But I have been still eating very well.
    4. My steps so far this week 39,468. Goal is 50,000. Tomorrow is my last day, not sure if I will quite make it, but today's long walk for about 40 minutes helped get my steps up.

You just have to find a way! ♡

Violet, the hardest part of being in charge of someone else is taking their crap, and finding a way to deal with it without just loosing your crap! though i have to say its great to walk away, i hope you can also find a way to tell the trainee that she may not speak to you that way your feelings matter,
