Sunday at a fireworks event my sister took a picture of me. It was the first time I have seen a photo from knees up since going Keto Oct 2014. It caught me off guard. Actually that day I was at about 195 pounds. You do have to click on the photo to see it all.

    Thanks. I think I may have to go back to my Huddle House photo. That was the first time I had worn a RED shirt in 50 years (back in high school) and it is hurting my eyes when I see it. :)

    Congratulations!! The last time a photo caught me off guard was about ten years ago when I was at my heaviest and sporting a wildly unflattering hairstyle. I looked like a bulldog in a Dolly Parton wig.

    Tragically that picture was taken at a family wedding and I can't burn it. I do keep it in a dark closet, hoping my husband will eventually forget it even exists and THEN I can burn it.
