It's a good idea if you measure your weight loss in lb instead of kg and your exercise in km not miles.
This way you always feel soooo good!

Bringing my total to 5.5 miles so far. I'm gonna do this!1 -
2 more miles today. That only gets me to 8 miles for the month but I'm working on it. If I get to 60-70 by the end of the month, I'll feel like I've achieved my goal.2
