Hi. Just joined and this group just jumped out at me. I struggle daily with Emotional eating. Work, relationship, kids...happy, sad, bored, angry...There is a food for every emotion and they are all in the darn vending machine at work or in the cupboard for someone else who has no problem with food.
I need to be able to have someone talk me off the ledge of leaping into a bag of Cheez-it's when the co-workers get me cranked up.

Day by day, remember your goals. Weite those goals down. Create a positive mantra & repeat it to yourself when you feel those cravings2
