Morning, everyone! I hope that you all slept well. Today we are going to work on a part of our body that shoulders a lot of stress... our necks!

Today's Challenge: Lower your chin toward your right underarm, hold for 10 seconds, then repeat on the left side.

This is a good way to get rid of stiff muscles and prevent muscle headaches! :)

    This is one of the moves we do in the Stretch and Strength class I attend. It is surprising to me how difficult it is - obviously, my neck needs work. ;)

    This is definitely a stretch that I need to do multiple times daily. Felt good!

    I completed this and have completed several times since you first challenged us. My neck is somewhat sore, but I feel less tension and more range of motion in my neck. I'll keep doing it!
