to be healthy - losing this weight (100 lbs), eating healthier (working on portion control the rest is easy for me as far as food), trying to figure out how I can exercise with all of these disabilities working against me.0

I found for portion size to use a small plate and only put what fits on it. I am really watching my calories so I read what a serving size is and go by that. When I started exercising a couple of months ago I did a lot sitting down and now I can stand and do more. I hope this helps.0
