Orlia , Its been awhile since i ran and im sure running sites would know more . But when i did 5 and 10k runs i would add carbs the night before i ran . Lots of pasta night before a big run .

Before running if it's the morning I just have a coffee with alot of milk, I feel like if it's under 6 miles and you ate a decent amount the night before it's fine. If I eat I end up feeling sick 20min in.2

Excited to be part of this group! Ever since I started working (sedentary office job), my eating habits have really gone off the track.

Traveled and went to a wedding. I'm going to take it and be happy and work hard for another loss next week. Goal for next week is to be under 205.1 -
Orylia, I'm training to run my first half marathon too! I have a banana 15-20 minutes before running and I'm fine, not too much water. Then a protein+carbs meal after the run. Good on you for taking the step and train!1
