    Orlia , Its been awhile since i ran and im sure running sites would know more . But when i did 5 and 10k runs i would add carbs the night before i ran . Lots of pasta night before a big run .

    Before running if it's the morning I just have a coffee with alot of milk, I feel like if it's under 6 miles and you ate a decent amount the night before it's fine. If I eat I end up feeling sick 20min in.

    Excited to be part of this group! Ever since I started working (sedentary office job), my eating habits have really gone off the track.

    I am hoping to clean up my diet, and also lose that extra pounds I have put on over the year. :)

    Traveled and went to a wedding. I'm going to take it and be happy and work hard for another loss next week. Goal for next week is to be under 205.

    Orylia, I'm training to run my first half marathon too! I have a banana 15-20 minutes before running and I'm fine, not too much water. Then a protein+carbs meal after the run. Good on you for taking the step and train!
