Great timing 6 week challenge
Have not used my fitness for some time but after returning from holiday and gaining 2.7 kilos I decided to re-join. Currently weigh 63 kilos but would like to be 57 kilos. I am 5ft 3 ins and 63. Hoping this group with a six week challenge and realistic weight loss will push me on.

How do you fight cravings? I brush my teeth! Yes I know cravings will hit after dinner or when I'm watching tv. Instead of reaching for a sweet treat I reach for the tooth brush. Lol. anyone else over 50yr old?
just wondering if anyone else in group is over 50? I've weight trained since I was 21 and after 30 years I feel like I've lost interest. I'm a PT so know what i SHOULD be doing, but need to find some new motivation before 3kg gain turns into 10kg. I've never had 'fat' and 'skinny' wardrobe and don't plan to start!! If you…
