I have used MFP before, but am new to THM. Are there any THM recipes on here that I can use on my daily food record without having to type them in by hand?

I had the THM Sloppy joes last night! Yummo !!

    Sorry I can't help you. Did you try searching the recipes to see if anything THM would come up?

    There are a few recipes in the database, but I think most of them will have to be typed in. ☹

    You can import a recipe on the MFP website by using a link to the recipe you are using. If it's in a book it will have to be typed in by hand though.

    I found skinny chocolate in there as well as the chocolate muffin in a mug.
