I HAVE GOT to do something else because clearly what I have been doing is definitely NOT working! I am so frustrated right now. If this doesn't make anyone think about just giving up, nothing will! I am by no means giving up, just so frustrated! My nephew told me that he wants to go into the military but he needs to lose his weight first.
Maybe I will try what he is going to do to lose his weight. I won't do anything drastic though cause that is usually not healthy for you. Been there done that....will never go there again. But something has to change...and soon.0 -

Logging as much of my calories has helped keep me aware of just what it is I'm eating and drinking. Have drastically cut back sugary drinks (Sucker for Lemon Tea Fuze).
Started making about 1/3 of weekly meals myself (all dinner). Going to try upping it a bit more this week by prepping some. Looked into meal prep and I got a 7 containers during amazon sale for dinner and a sorta bento type box to try bring stuff for lunch at work. Prepped a bunch of stuff yesterday and started some more today. So far so good.

It was a good week better than expected again. The past week I didn't make getting out for a walk a priority. This weekend I finally found the Gear fit 2 in Canada so hopefully this gets me motivated to get out more often.
This week my food choices have been pretty good. Weekends are a bit more of a challenge to say no, but not going overboard either, so progress.0 -

A couple of days late posting. Was away at a convention all last week but am extremely happy that I did not gain and even managed to lose. Tried to choose the best options and even took snacks to replace some of the meals since I would be eating on the run. Happy that my strategy worked. I was so mentally prepared for a gain I brain is still trying to adjust to not having to make up for last week.2 -

I don't know why I can't get back on track. I do this all the time right around 30 pounds down. That's where I was when I derailed myself. Now I'm struggling to lose the weight I gained back. But again I won't give up and quit. I just need to find what works the best for me, guess I haven't found that yet.
I still have issues from my medical problems last year and I'm pretty much afraid to eat. When I do eat...I pay the price. Talking with my doctor about it next week at my appointment.0 -
