How do you fight cravings?

How do you fight cravings? I brush my teeth! Yes I know cravings will hit after dinner or when I'm watching tv. Instead of reaching for a sweet treat I reach for the tooth brush. Lol. Talking to a friend who has the same strategy, she said she floss as well which really works. I now by flossing as well there is no way I'd eat anything afterwords especially if it's near bed time. I do not want to go through brushing and flossing twice! What are your tricks?

Extra fluids I brush my teeth all the time so not a deterrent. Lol

I just have a piece of fruit.1

I am a chocoholic so I have two squares of Lindt dark chocolate, 85% cocoa almost everyday after dinner - fixes me right up!0

I used to tell clients to make a HUGE pot of mint tea as chocolate, biscuits etc don't taste nice with the mintiness0

i go the fruit path myself ,, apples seems to work and there pretty good dipped in Van yogart0
