Challenge yourself to get up & get moving!! Post your goal & your results here. Try to achieve a 15mi/week minimum. Feel free to go above & beyond! If you have to start with less, so be it!
Help yourself stay accountable & Encourage each other!
"Run when you can. Walk when you must. Crawl if you have to. Just never give up." Dean Karnazes, the Ultramarathon Man
For the folks returning you know that the 15 miles is not the main goal. The main goal is just to get up and get moving, if you don't meet it that's fine and you surpass it, well that just freaking rocks.
For newcomers the preferred method of posting miles would be:
Post the day, what you did that day for miles (run, walk, hike, bike, elliptical - all miles count!) - posted daily or weekly, whatever works for you...
Week 1: (May1-7)
Week 2: (May 8-14)
Week 2: (May 15-21)
Week 4: (May 22-28)
Week 4.5: (May 29-31)
Sun:
Mon:
Tue:
Wed:
Thu:
Fri:
Sat:
WTD: (Total- Miles, any miles - total for the week so far)
MTD: (Total- Miles, any miles - for the month so far)
As always this is not set in stone, if you post every other day or whatever fits into your schedule, but please try to stay close to the above format.
If you'd like to include photos of your adventures (PLEASE do!), please edit the size so the image is no more than 300px tall or wide, THANKS!
For those folks that don't do miles:

Please share this link with your friends. Let's get everyone moving!

Mounting a comeback! Have a new part-time job on mon and tue. This will allow me more time during the week for training.
Today, I tested the waters. Quick time walk with jogging mixed in. 1:19:37 . It will take some real work to get back to where I was. Tue will do an early morning ride before work. Wed gym workout. Will have totals Tue.
Hope all is well with everyone!0 -
Good luck marathon! With both the new job and building your training back up.
