Logging as much of my calories has helped keep me aware of just what it is I'm eating and drinking. Have drastically cut back sugary drinks (Sucker for Lemon Tea Fuze).
Started making about 1/3 of weekly meals myself (all dinner). Going to try upping it a bit more this week by prepping some. Looked into meal prep and I got a 7 containers during amazon sale for dinner and a sorta bento type box to try bring stuff for lunch at work. Prepped a bunch of stuff yesterday and started some more today. So far so good.

It was a good week better than expected again. The past week I didn't make getting out for a walk a priority. This weekend I finally found the Gear fit 2 in Canada so hopefully this gets me motivated to get out more often.
This week my food choices have been pretty good. Weekends are a bit more of a challenge to say no, but not going overboard either, so progress.0 -

A couple of days late posting. Was away at a convention all last week but am extremely happy that I did not gain and even managed to lose. Tried to choose the best options and even took snacks to replace some of the meals since I would be eating on the run. Happy that my strategy worked. I was so mentally prepared for a gain I brain is still trying to adjust to not having to make up for last week.2 -

I don't know why I can't get back on track. I do this all the time right around 30 pounds down. That's where I was when I derailed myself. Now I'm struggling to lose the weight I gained back. But again I won't give up and quit. I just need to find what works the best for me, guess I haven't found that yet.
I still have issues from my medical problems last year and I'm pretty much afraid to eat. When I do eat...I pay the price. Talking with my doctor about it next week at my appointment.0 -

A little late on the post. It was a good week again. I am very amazed at my progress. I have definitely surpassed my July goal of 3 pounds. Wow. I guess I need to challenge myself more. I guess my new goal, lets see if I can get to the 289.9. I haven't been in the 280's in a LONG time.

Well, I am hoping to be on the right track now. I need to eat at home and if I have to be the one to cook every night then so be it. At least I will be making what I want. I cannot eat out anymore..just because with my stomach the way it is right now there is no way I can do it.
I feel soooo much better eating homecooked meals....looks like a good trend is starting. My nutritionist is kinda upset with me because I have not done well on my plan...I must do better. I am feeling very very good about everything right now. Onward and upward!0 -

Didn't quite come down as much as I hoped or anticipated after my gain from my time of month but overall, it's still a loss for the month. I'm happy that I'm still motivated to continue forward, that is always at the forefront of my mind so here's to August for continued success!1
