Everyone says it, but just how do you do it? How do you take the guidelines of the WW program and turn them into a lifestyle you can live every day...from now on? That is what we are here to explore. Each weekday, a new topic is offered up for discussion. Newbie? Join in! Veteran? Join in! Your thoughts may be just what someone else needs to hear.

It does not appear Millie has joined this group; I took the liberty of copying it from the WW page.

I have quite a few blogs I enjoy. A few of my favorites:
Body for Wife
Diane Carbonell Weight Loss
No Thanks To Cake
Roni's Weigh
Runs For Cookies
The Sassy Pear
The Weigh We Were
The World According to EggFace
I avoid magazines like the plague. Don't airbrush a photograph and then tell me that's what I should look like *grump*

I read a bunch of blogs posted by thru hikers on the Pacific Crest and Continental Divide Trails, as well as daily trip reports posted on the Washington Trails Association Website. Nothing at all about dieting or weight loss, but everything about inspiring me to stay in shape to do the things I love to do.

I will read the occasional article if someone lost 100# or more, mostly to see their approach and what I can take away for my own journey.0

Reading about how to approach food differently has been a great help for me along the way. The message boards were a big help for me, and I recently read "Food Rules" by Michael Pollan, and just started "Omnivore's Dilemma" by the same - I'm enjoying both so far.0

I read quite a bit on Web MD. I also read articles on MFP and Fat Secret occasionally. I also read a few of the tips on WW website.0

I read a few photography blogs (Birds as Art, Feathered Photography, and some photo websites). With my slow internet connection and my strong interest in this photography hobby, that's about all I can do. I have checked out Steve's blog and agree it IS a good read. In general though, I choose to minimize the time and energy I put into weight loss. There's only so many hours in a day...1

Hey Kim, the offer is still open any time to meet out at the Mississippi River to get some awesome eagle pictures. Last season was another great experience and the eagle count keeps increasing.

Chris, I might just take you up on that! Love that picture; must be something incredible to see all those eagles gathered and I KNOW it makes for great pictures!
