Down 2.8 pounds this week! It's "as-if" I was starting WW again!
But seriously, tracking works, particularly if you take in less calories than you burn.1 -

I was SHOCKED to see a -5# at my WI❗️I got my next 5# sticker, now have 28 X 5 = -140! Down into 230s bound and determined to get below 200...sometime.2
