First day, do my macros look ok?

I lost a significant amount of weight with the keto diet (less than 20 g of carbs a day) but felt like absolute crap despite keeping up with my electrolytes. I did a whole30 (lasted 50 days) back at the beginning of the year and felt amazing but the weight loss crawled. So I've decided to intertwine the two and try out the Primal Blueprint using the carbohydrate curve. So today was day 1 but I'm a bit confused of my macros look ok.

Any input? 0rr0mo01s29c.png

They look fine to me, but I think it depends on what calorie amount you are eating and your weight as well. I mainly worry about carbs keeping it to under 100 and protein which is about 110 grams. I weigh 136. So I'd say up your protein and try to keep carbs around the same. But you have to figure out what works for you. My numbers might not react with your body the same way.

Also, what is your activity level? Are you working out? Measuring food? Calories still count as well.

My calories are at 1750. I'm 183 lbs. I've already lost 50 but looking to lose the last 20-30. My carbs are set at 87g. So under 100 as per the Primal Blueprint carb curve.
