I hit a bit of a roadblock...suffered a lower back sprain last Saturday which severely limited my activity this week. Monday - Wednesday I could hardly get though the day. Its starting to feel better now but I'm not sure when I'll totally be back to normal. On the bright side, this incident made me finally make an appointment with a personal trainer.
