    Don't think I've checked in in a few weeks (sorry!)

    Week 1: 179.4 (-1.6 lbs!) :joy::mrgreen:

    Week 4: 179.8 (+2.2 lbs) :expressionless:

    Goals for this week:
    - 10k steps per day
    - eat at or below calorie goal every day
    - Take my multivitamin and fish oil daily
    - 64 oz. of water daily

    If I keep losing at my current weight, I will surpass my goal for the challenge by January! Here's to wishful thinking! ;)

    I hit a bit of a roadblock...suffered a lower back sprain last Saturday which severely limited my activity this week. Monday - Wednesday I could hardly get though the day. Its starting to feel better now but I'm not sure when I'll totally be back to normal. On the bright side, this incident made me finally make an appointment with a personal trainer.
