LOSE 30lbs by January 2017 CHALLENGE

This challenge is for those who have realistic goals and are here to encourage each other! I need to lose 30lbs and I thought it would nice to have a group to motivate each other. My goal is to walk 10,000 steps a day to start, drink water, no soda, no junk!
