I started this challenge at 199lbs (I started on my fat loss journey July 29 at 205.6lbs)
The 1st week of October I was in a really sad (personal issues) and only worked out 3/5 of my exercises. The 2nd week of October I injured my foot so I only did 2/5 exercises my only doing seated/modified movements.... BUT I maintained my weight for those 2 weeks!!!!
10/14/16 =188lbs
My January goal 169lbs. (21lbs left to loose and 11weeks to go)!!!
My April goal is 140lbs or less!!
