I really fell off the wagon and boy do I feel it.... I've gained over 10 pounds and I feel like crap!! My feet are swollen my clothes are too tight and I'm so bloated. I'm exhausted and I can't take it anymore.
I came back from vacation last night and I am determined to get back on track!!! I love hearing all your motivational stories and inspirations
Please help me stay on track with all your encouragements

You can do this! No matter what wagon we ride, I feel pretty safe in saying we all fell off a time or two..or 6,7,8. In my profile I mention something to the effect of I dieted for 10 years all while gaining 60 excess pounds. It took me a year after finding MFP to finally be so fed up with myself to actually start using the program rather than just lurking and WISHING. When you have a bad meal, bad day, whatever...come back and read your post above. Remember why you started. Forgive your diet shortcomings. Start this minute. I'm 2 years into maintenance and still have challenging times. My weight loss was worth every bit of the year it took. Don't give up.9

Kennygang, you can do this! One step at a time. Your next bite is your chance to get back on track.
Take care of yourself and don't beat yourself up!6 -
The worst thing about falling off the wagon is that I swear it doesn't stop going; we then have to run to catch up and climb back on. LOL It almost seems harder to restart than the original beginning sometimes.
You're back. Congrats on that! Now you just need to keep going.6 -

I love to restart on the first of the month! Awesome August.
Shoot for sticking to it for 4 weeks and finish the summer out with a bang! Forget the past cause we can only fix what we can do today! Vow to take it back off this month and you won't feel this way September 1st! Now you have something to look forward to. Once you rack up a few really good days in a row. Good calories/macros/exercise. You will get that ball rolling again. It's always harder to get a large rock rolling from a dead stop, but once you do the hard part and it's moving downhill, Yippee!5 -
Thank you so much for all your support and motivation. It really makes a difference. I am now into day 3 of restarting and I am starting to feel better already, The bloat is gone my congestion and headache are gone and I lost a few pounds on the scale already. I am still very tired but I know that will improve in time also. I can do this thanks to you all.... That is why I love this group!!!!!5
