Not losing weight

Help! I've been on 1200 cal. for 2 weeks, measuring everything and I've lost 0lbs.

    1200 calories is probably too low. I find that if I don't eat enough (of the right foods) my body holds on to the weight. Are you working out? You may be gaining muscle. Stick with it and focus on how good you feel by eating healthier! :) Janet in Texas

    I agree, the thing to look for is how is your body doing? Does it feel better?
