Toughest Weight loss challenge

I'll go first...I'm great at following my clean eating plan during the week, but I'm weak on the weekends (pun intended ;-). How do you stay on track?

    I try to find a healthy version of my craving, or I make up stuff for the weekend so I can be lazy and just microwave my meals.

    That's a great idea gossett331! I will have to try that. My biggest change Is staying away from the sweets. I have them in my house for my kids but I end up eating them as well.
