I was holding steady til I went off the rails last week and went up 3 lbs. What was I thinking now it's time to work my but off again. current weight 1440

Yes im the same, kicked it off well. Lost most wight the first ten days now have slowed down this last week and I know that tomorrow which is Monday and I start the week and weigh up myself I will have put on some weight...I have had a big weekend...you know what? Never too late to start fresh! I will get stronger, fitter and lighter this week!0
