Wow. Low Carb is getting more and more mainstream. Our little group broke 30,000 members. We're getting there.
Yeah us!

Not too long before we overtake even Recipe Swappers. Fitbit users, I don't see happening though. Hah.3

I've had a fitbit for 2 1/2 years and just love it! Best investment ever because it makes me walk 10,000 steps a day!1

i LOVE my activity tracker. Mine is the Garmin vivosmart. Tracks my steps, calories burned, heart rate, sleep patterns and a lot more. Everything automatically shares to MFP. I've only been using mine since the beginning of this year but plan to use for a long long time.1

Yeah, I picked up one of the new Blazes, and it does the same. Checked the built in HRM against both a feel test with a stopwatch, and an automated bloodpressure cuff. It's not quite dead on, but it's definitely close enough. As for the caloric burn: I'm spending the next few weeks experimenting with that. Since I'm at goal minimum weight, just started lifting again, and want a mild surplus, it's not like I'm worried about it making me fat, if it's reading too high.0 -
I Love mine as well!! I have the blaze, it's a watch, alarm clock, motivator and so much more!! I love getting that buzz on my wrist in the afternoon for my step goal getting met!!0

Love my fitbit and I compete against my family and a few of my friends. That helps keep me motivated sometimes when I don't feel like doing anything. If I see they're getting close I'll "step it up" a notch, lol.1
