I'll start this week's check in. Had expected less of a loss this week due to carbs cheat weekend, but still lost!
Last Weigh-In Weight: 339.1 lbs (8/1)
Current Weigh-In Weight: 334.9
GFB Start Weight: 345.5 lbs
GFB Total Lost: 10.6 lbs
Goal Weight: 300 lbs
(pre-GFB group data so far)
2016 Highest Weight: 352 on April 2016
Grand Total Lost: 17.1 lbs
I guess I'll lose a lot this week as long as I make good choices due to stress and being busy with Bit Bash stuffs.

Hey everyone!
Last Weigh-In Weight: 180 lbs
Current Weigh-In Weight: 177 lbs
Start Weight: 191.4 lbs
Total Lost: 14.4 lbs
Goal Weight: 150 lbs
Two more weeks left on my 10k training plan! Being able to run longer distances each week has been great motivation, and I've been getting faster too.
Someone on here mentioned eating popcorn as a good snack and it's become my go-to snack now. Thanks to whoever mentioned it!4 -
My first day in here, so I'll just start where I am as a new goal.
Start weight: 345.2
Goal weight: 299.9
I joined Planet Fitness a few months ago, but only went for the first time this month. I made it in three times last week, and shooting for four this week. When I don't go I try to still get my 10,000 fitbit steps in. About to go walk right now.
My bigger issue has been food. *kitten* food is my major coping mechanism, and I'm trying to shake that habit. Cooking more and better at home, and planning lunches and meals rather than running to White Castle.
My goal is to drop below 300 by the end of the year. I set that goal back on July 1 but haven't progressed much. On track now. Gotta stay there.3 -
I love the formatting, thanks. Bit Bash sounds amazing to help out with. Running for a long time would be awesome to be able to do, about 10-15 minutes I can run without slowing down. I should get popcorn, that sounds tasty. Walking is key!2

Posted on the wrong thread because I'm a DOOFUS.
Down to 277lbs as of today. Rough old weekend drinking again but I feel like 275 is the goal for next Monday with my workouts. Good luck to everyone, have a great week!2 -
I started about 2 and a half weeks ago, I weighed 222lbs and was 20% body fat, today I'm at 217lbs
My goal is 210 at 14% bf2 -

Keep up the good work man. I have a friend of mine who was once 330lbs, he's now down to about 200, took him a few years, but it's something that can and will be done with the right attitude, diet, and exercise.1
