    That sounds really tasty, thanks for sharing! Let us know if you make them. You could always skip the canoli tubes and just eat the filling with a bacon spoon! :smirk:

    I guess that I'm in the minority because it sounds disgusting to me! That said, I could envision stuffing bacon cannoli with other yummy LCHF foods.

    I just might have to try that instead! My oven is broken right now so I can't do them properly. But filling + bacon on the side I could probably handle.
