Anyone use any good daily vitamin powders?

I'm having difficulty taking my daily vitamin. Even if I take it right after breakfast with food in my stomach, I'm am retching and miserable for at least 30 minutes. This has been a problem in the past, too. I need a high quality vitamin, which this is, but I thought powder might be easier on my stomach. I've used "gummi's" in the past, but they are lacking minerals so even though my stomach loves them, well, you know. They aren't good for me.

I don't want to pulverize this in my keto coffee as the taste is pretty strong. Anyone have an answer??

Does your multi have iron? That is the most common culprit.

Have you looked at Pure Vitamin Club's daily multivitamin? If I don't feel like taking the capsule, I open it up put and use the powder in a drink, on eggs, and several other ways.

I just recently started running Garden of Life's Vitamin Code. They straight out tell you on the package that it's cool to just pop the capsules open and mix them into whatever you are eating, and to space the four capsule daily intake out through the day. Might be worth a look.

I like the nutritional information on the Calton Nutreince ones, too, that @ladipoet linked above. Particularly that they have an AM and PM formula so you get even the things that normally compete with each other...separated, and things like magnesium that have a 12 hour life... It's expensive to start, but once you are sure you like it, you can get the larger pack to get the discount. I haven't tried it yet, as I'm trying to figure out what I do and don't need above and beyond their formula, but I love that it hits pretty much everything I take separately. They have a series of books and website links that also help explain it all.... Wishing you luck finding some options!

I use Life Plus BioBasics, which you can get at: http://lifeplus.com/pattyloof/us-en (you can just go straight to lifeplus.com but then they're going to ask who referred you, it's word of mouth only). It's only 9 net carbs and good for me as I have trouble swallowing pills sometimes.
