All right so I figured I'd just go right down the list of suggestions cause I thought they were all great. That means week 2 is eat your veggies week! Try to get in as many veggies as you can and as many colors as you can. Come back here everyday and tell us how you did.

Is it too late to join your group? Would love to participate. I'm 53 and have about 80lbs to lose. This group sounds like it would be a great motivator to get started. I've been able to convince my husband that starting in Sept we are going to eat cleaner and no alcohol!! That took some convincing but he's on board which will make it a bit easier. My problem has been portion control and wine. Have to get that under control to lose the weight. Love the challenges!

I don't eat much, so don't expect too many vegetable combos from me!
