Halfway There

Challenge week #3 (August 29th-sept 4th)
Sorry I've been a little Mia this week, it's been a busy one. So this week how about we pick an exercise goal and try to stick to it. I'm gonna aim for 30 mins at least 5 days this week. I currently don't exercise at all so I think this will be a good challenge for me. All right guys lets do this!

I really like Saree1902's idea about having penalties for going over calories. I think we should do this everyday. So if you go over your calories come here and pick an exercise and tell us about it. Challenge #1 (Aug 14th-8/20)
So I figured for the first week we'd start off with something semi-easy. Lets all try to drink half our body weight in oz of water every day (ex. If you weight 200lbs you would drink 100oz of water).
