Challenge week #3 (August 29th-sept 4th)

Sorry I've been a little Mia this week, it's been a busy one. So this week how about we pick an exercise goal and try to stick to it. I'm gonna aim for 30 mins at least 5 days this week. I currently don't exercise at all so I think this will be a good challenge for me. All right guys lets do this!

    My goal is an hour per day, 6 to 7 days. I have 48 minutes in so far today. Will either finish up with a HIIT workout or yoga or maybe both.

    I'll aim for the same. 30 minutes at least 5 days this week. This will help get me going again after my month off from moving.

    Hey guys, I'm back from my vacation! Time to lose the extra pounds! Good thing I did a lot of walking on my trip, so I was able to apply it to this challenge!

    Goal: 30 minutes a day
    8/29: 1 hour walking
    8/30: 45 min walking, 1 hour swimming
    8/31: none (sat on an airplane for a long time)
