is this the warrior diet?? I'm still doing research on intermittent fasting. So i just started intermittent fasting. I eat at 8 pm to 10 pm. What ratio would that be then? So far I am able to do my regular routine and not hungry through out the day. Success stories??

    I think the warrior diet is when you have one meal a day and the eating window is quite small. I'm doing 16:8 and typically eating 10am-6pm. Eating 8-10 pm would be a 22:2 I guess? I'm finding 16:8 really easy to adhere to and it's making it easier for me to restrict my calories. I'm eating 1000-1300 calories a day and have lost 12 lb in around a month. I have 1.5 stone left to lose.

    I eat from 12 noon to 6 pm, more or less (I adjust when working overtime or travelling). Huge improvements to my mental health, and I find it very sustainable.
