Hello Everyone! Welcome to September 1. I am proud to announce that our Winner's Circle Member for August is Pinktogo2020. Pink has been a member for a long time, before Luckee_me and I became leaders. We are grateful to have Pink and you all join us for the month of September.
I want to be frank...I did not make it to the Winner's Circle, but I still did much better in August because the UAC made me thoughtful and accountable. Please hang-in with us this month. Let's not collapse if we don't make it to the Winner's Circle, most of us will be Winners if we just keep tracking calories and exercise. Ok???

Fit and happy - a long walk at lunch counts as exercise for the group (as long as it was over 20 min)! I'd say change that to yes !1

My day was a bit on the puny side for exercise. I did 25 minutes of active stretching and 30 minutes of horse related farm chores.
Calories were way under max. Limit
