    Yes, tracked everything. Even the chocolate that was calling my name. Saved room for ice cream last night. Ended up sleeping instead.

    Exercised?: Yes (jogged 20 on treadmill, then one hour of circuit trainer with my trainer, over 11,000 steps today)

    Tracked?: Yes (all as best I could! I baked and cooked today for labour day weekend, so had to assure of seasonings,,, hard but managed)
