Victory or Challenges?

My victory for today is I have lost 7.8 pounds so far. My challenge is I am having to deal with a sprained ankle today that's very painful. I
am still thinking of hitting the gym later and work upper body and arms, although my mind wants not sure if my body will allow you it.

Challenge: is both weather and school.1 -
@jcbro19 you can do it!! Might be difficult but give it your best shot! Do a little extra workout on the days you can.0
