How do you handle eating and working out during the holidays..
I try not to change my workout pattern. I do eat more than usual, but I am also more sensitive to the choices I make. I try to limit carbs and have more vegetables. Snacks I try keep it to berries. Please share your tips....
What do you use as a tracking device besides my fitness pal ?
I currently have a Garmin- Vivoactive, worked fine when I was doing more walking but now I am doing more cardio, so I am considering an apple watch? Any apple watch users?
How did you do today ?
Well, today my step goal was 7759 and I am currently on 7789. I made my goal for today. I went to the gym during lunch and burned 220 calories. How did you do?
Working Out, Mornings, Afternoons, or Evenings?
On Monday mornings, my gym is packed. So on Mondays I workout during my lunch time. My daughter joins me twice a week, so we go in the afternoons. And all other days I go in the mornings. What about you? What time do you work out?

Staying hydrated!
Do you track your water intake? Do you forget to drink water sometimes? Well I challenge you to make water your favorite drink, always opt for water instead of anything else. It's midday I have drunk 4 cups of water so far? How many have you drunk?
Do you flavor your water?
I usually do not flavor my water. But if I am feeling for a bit flavor I use either lemons, oranges, strawberries or even cucumbers. Have you tried any of these?

Victory or Challenges?
My victory for today is I have lost 7.8 pounds so far. My challenge is I am having to deal with a sprained ankle today that's very painful. I am still thinking of hitting the gym later and work upper body and arms, although my mind wants not sure if my body will allow you it. Share your victory (or challenges) with us!
