Reaching Our Goals Together!

This group is for those who are looking for accountability or motivation. I would like everyone to post the number of calories burned (during a workout ) and/or using a step tracker or the type of exercise you did for the day. Every minute of exercise counts towards a healthier you.

You should post every day. The goal is to increase the number of calories we burn and steps we make daily. If it is your rest day or whatever the reason is, let us know! It's not only about losing weight, but we should want to be healthy.

Don't forget to stay hydrated, water is my favorite drink ! It should be yours as well.
