Do you track your water intake? Do you forget to drink water sometimes? Well I challenge you to make water your favorite drink, always opt for water instead of anything else.
It's midday I have drunk 4 cups of water so far? How many have you drunk?

I use to use the water tracking app but stopped using it. It became an added requirement and needed reminder to do so, I stopped.
Now that I'm using the FitnessPal app, I started to use their water tracking feature.
I currently drank 2 cups so far. I'll update at the end of the day!
Sometimes I remember to drink water once I'm thirsty or yawning a lot1 -
Remember water should always be your drink of choice. When you are thirsty or yawning then you are already dehydrated! lets build your water intake together.1

I have been doing well with water. I found Dasani drops and that has helped. When I was doing the 21 Day Fix I was told that those drops are approved. I use just enough to color the water a light shade of pink. I like the pink lemonade flavor. I also have found that for me, I drink more if I use a straw. I have been using the cup I got when I was in the hospital having my son.1

Yes I am! Yesterday was extremely hot. I could've drank more but, Istayed hydrated. I'll do the same today1
