I did about 70 squats in 2 minutes. I went fast and probably had poor form. Tomorrow, I think I will slow down to get better form and repost number of squats.4

Sorry for my tardiness in posting. My first day I did 99 squats in two minutes. It was a great adrenaline rush. My legs are a little wobbly, but I'm sure as the challenge progress they'll get stronger and I'll get used to the burn I'll post my results for today once I complete it. Hope everyone is having a happy squat challenge!!4

I posted this morning, but don't see it. Hmmmmm.....
I was able to get 115 squats in 2 minutes!!! I closed my eyes, concentrated on making it through the burn and breathed hard. I was so winded, and VERY excited afterwards. I think my weight training is helping! Wooohooo!
I hope everyone else is getting stronger, too.2 -

I didn't do my squats on Sunday, bummer I couldn't find 2 minutes...I ripping and running all day and crashed once I got home. However I did 117 squats last night right before midnight and did not post them. I'm back on schedule now so I'll post what I do tonight on time1

Hi all, I didn't do a timed set of squats today, but I did do squats using a kettle bell today. When I was done, the thought of doing 2 minutes fast made my legs scream at me.1

I ended my 1st set of squats with 118. Ready for the next set. BRING IT ON!!!! Hope everyone has progressed and gotten stronger, if not physically then mentally. You can do anything if you put your mind to it. MIND over MATTER keep pushing!!1
