It's Saturday!!
I am heading out with a horse in the horse trailer to ride in a beautiful park, Catlin Park, near Ottawa, IL.
Here is today's hopefully humorous quote: "Be like a postage stamp...stick to a thing until you get there!" Josh Billings.
That is the right idea for the UAC. Based on the past, many folks just don't make it through the first week. Stick like a postage stamp with us!

Exercise - yes - 5 hours of cleaning/organizing and 60 min grocery shopping/ carrying groceries/ putting them away
Food - despite a lunch at a restaurant was able to stay under calories

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 25 min trail walk +61 squats in 2 min for the squat challenge that I joined.

Here's my report for Saturday:
Exercise was more than ok. It was one of our most beautiful days on the year. The Chicago metro weather is usual too something. Today was just perfectly lovely!
Tracking was ok.
Calories were 600+ below max allowable.

Hello to all. I have joined this challenge on September 1 but have been reposting on September 1threaf - I didn't know I had to check on the different dates. ‼now I understand where everyone is!! Lol! I have been posting everyday and I hope you can still consider me in the challenge? Now I know where to find you all:)1
