I'm not familiar with that brand, but it looks interesting. A brownie with 2g net carbs? It says they use erythritol for sweetener, and oat fiber for the flour.
Let us know how they are if you try them!0 -
I know, right? Seems to good to be true; that's why I was hoping someone else guinea pigged em for us I'm still always trying to find stuff for Anna to keep her interested in LCHF. I'll keep you posted.0

I've never tried them but from the reviews I've seen I don't think I will lol0

Personally, I stay away from sugar alcohols when I can due to my insulin resistance. Despite what companies like this say about not counting them as net carbs, I have found personally they do cause my BG to spike nearly as much as eating straight sugar. I have met others with insulin resistance who have had the same experience. And 10 g of sugar alcohols per servingi is a lot.2

I saw an add for Coffee Blocks today and have never heard of these either. Is it just the ingredients for Bullet Proof Coffee? Has anyone tried them?

Yep, looks like BPC packets to me and if I was traveling for work I'd try them in a minute so I could have my coffee in the hotel room too. But since I don't, I think that website is a bit hyped and it doesn't take me any 20 minutes to make BPC....0 -

I tried their "everything" rolls and they were decent as far as LC bread product alternatives go; however, I find that the # of carbs for a single piece is still just way to high to work into my daily / weekly meals so I usual just make lots of different versions of soul bread at home and have that instead. I was extremely impressed with the LC Foods brand bread. They offer quite a variety:

My favorites of theirs so far is their Low Carb Multi Grain Bread and their Low Carb NY Style Cinnamon Raisin Bagels (and just fyi, no, there are not real "raisins" in this). Also, the # of carbs for a single piece in comparison to Thin Slim Foods is usually lower/better. Hope you find this info helpful.0 -
Thank you @ladipoet!

I'd like to order the brownies, would have to take allergy pills because brownies contain almond flour (wish it was Oat) , this could be an occasional treat.

@LINEA If they were made with oats, then they would not be low carb.
However, I'm not suggesting you eat the ones with made with almond flour. One of my daughters has a tree nut allergy and eating brownies made with almond flour at the best would make her extremely uncomfortable with swollen lips, tongue, and even hands from touching them - at the worst - anaphylaxis. Perhaps your allergy is not as severe as hers is.

I'd try them but at over $7 for a single brownie with the longest shipping option... Watching this thread tho!0 -
They are a brownie therefore, prolly don't contain a lot of flour. 2 net carbs is definitely doable and a LC option.0
