I did 160 minutes over 6 days for 2 points!
Did some stand up paddle-boarding this weekend!
Also towed Leila around in her trailer for over an hour. If you've never tried towing 50 lbs of dog behind you on a bike...you're missing out!! It's a fantastic workout!

236 minutes 4 sessions. 3 points. Biked 10 miles up hill 3000 feet elevation gain. Went waayyy to fast down. One mile split was 33 mph.1

I did 415 minutes of exercise over 6 days for 3 points. Didn't do anything too spectacular or out of the ordinary over the weekend... but I did play volleyball and got a GIANT bruise on my wrist.1

215 minutes over 5 days = 2 pts. Kayaking on Lake Michigan and a little tennis! My 18 month old fell asleep while sitting up in the kayak (motionless in her life jacket), and the tennis went better than expected considering I hadn't picked up a racquet in almost two years!1
