I want to get back to dry Sunday - Thursday... Just seeing if anyone is still at it in this group.

    After a 2.5 week vacation of binge drinking, I'm ready to give it a go again.

    I'm hoping writing this down here actually helps me not to drink in the week,I'm usually one night on one off for to long! :( so from tomorrow (Monday) no wine till Saturday lol ..

    I find that I have gotten used to no alcohol sun - Thursday but sometimes I overdo it on Friday.... I gotta watch it
