I have NO ENERGY!!!!

Idk what's going on but ever since I've started Keto I've had literally no energy! I'm relying on energy drinks(Spike specifically because it's 0 carbs) and B12 shots just to get out of bed. I used to workout 5-6 times a week but I barely get 2 days in a week now. All I do, unless I'm at work or meal planning, is SLEEP! Do you think this is a result of Keto or something else? What should I do about it?

Have you read the sticky about electrolytes?

Ditto - I bet you are not quite yourself because your electrolytes are out of whack. It can take time to level out but the launch pad will help you tremendously!

I take potassium, magnesium a multi vitamin. and i drink a cup of bouillion every day. When I forget those things, I feel it very quickly in the form of lagging energy.
When I take them, I have more energy than ever before in my life.
Really worth looking in to this to make this lifestyle work.

Nobody ever knows about the need for sodium on keto.
You've got to read the info in the launchpad about electrolytes.
Go drink some pickle juice. A good couple ounces and I'll bet you'll feel great in about 20 minutes.

I read the launchpad and started adding more salt to my food. I'll also start drinking a cup of boullion everyday. I can tell a different already just by salting my food! I also found a tub of Amino Energy in my cabinet. Took some of that and it helped for my workout this morning.

Are you eating enough fat? Many new people to the lowcarb WOE don't realize the LC needs to be paired to the high fat (HF).
