    September goals:
    - 120 miles
    - 10 days over 10,000 steps
    - Get the paper work done!!
    - clean and repair mom's house - ready for sale.

    Sept 1 - 4 miles
    Sept 2 - 4.1 miles
    Sept 3 - 3.71 miles
    Sept 4 - 4.38 miles
    Sept 5 - 6.19 miles - 13636 steps (1/10) started to clean the garden off
    Sept 6 - 4 miles
    Sept 7 - 5.85 miles - 12872 steps (2/10) walked my dog and then mowed grass....

    I did wonderful at procrastinating yesterday!!! Good grief ......perhaps the desire to match a KOPS walking miles will have to wait a bit....I won't tell her though, she needs encouragement too!! (she averages 7 miles / day....I am already 20 miles behind her this month)

    Just DO IT!! Lilymay! Putting it off is actually more stressful, which messes with your cortisol levels, disrupts your sleep and makes losing/maintaining weight harder. :noway: I do this with grading all the time. Put it off, put it off, put it off and when I actually do it, it is never as bad as I thought it would be! GO FOR IT!!!! :laugh:

    Happy Sunday!!! I'm tracked 38.3 miles so far this month.

    I recently found out that Netflix has insane amount of Leslie's DVD. I ordered up Walk away the Pounds for Abs and got it this weekend. Hoping to trying it out tonight.

    Ha ha ya no kidding!!! I didn't even fish ...just snuggled with my 2 1/2 month old grandson and 3 year old granddaughter while the parents fished.... :)

    Hi Ive been gone for a few months but i'm back....I have been walking a lot and using my Garmin Vivo Fit -- it tracks my steps.... So my goal is to have a least 5500 steps a day...I'm stuck at my desk all day at work so that might not seem like a lot of steps, but for me it is

    Welcome back 2jayjaysmom! Some days 5500 steps seems huge for me to get to when I'm stuck at my desk. Can you get some extra steps in at lunch or breaks?
