Any specific tips for combining fitness pal and thm?

I am still counting calories just as a back up while I follow THM, does anyone have any special tips to make thm work better?

I personally just use mfp to help me see if my meal is E, S or FP because I am new to THM. I also do look at my total calories just to see where THM tends to land me.0

I am using MFP to see how many carbs/fats are in my meals, but I am amazed at how low calorie many things are.0
