I checked the launch pad and cant find any info on this topic but no matter how much water I drink I'm always thirsty. I literally have a 74 oz water bottle beside me and its 3/4 the way gone. My mouth is still dry. Why is that??

Try adding salt to your water too, just a quarter tsp or so, it'll help

I have always felt water made me more thirsty than a diet soda or something. The sodium in sodas might just explain that. Thank you for the suggestion.

If you have any of the risk factors for diabetes or even pre-diabetes, further testing may be warranted, because this is a huge warning sign for that, too. But salt is a huge factor, also.

    Yep... What she said @KnitOrMiss

I mean diabetes runs heavy in my family but I don't have extreme thirst all the time. It was just real bad yesterday. I feel fine today

yeah I never had he issue until I started keto and it wasn't all the time and passed once I got better adjusted. someone mentioned to me the diabetes prospect as well so I bought a cheap meter to test as they recommended and everything was good. so naturally now if someone doesn't mention they are diabetic I assume its the dumping of sodium and water leaving you dehydrated and needing to increase your sodium to replenish whats been lost
