Calories in vs Calories out. I'm also a vegetarian since last September. I eat out a lot less now so MFP seems like a good tool to really monitor CICO and stick to it. I'm also looking for a support group. This is the closest one to my goals so! here I am. What's yours?0

I've removed process white products and sugar. Trying to stick to real foods, including protein in each meal, and staying just under my calorie goal. I'm working out 4-5 times a week, either cardio intervals or circuit training. I'm also in dietbet for additional accountability!1
