I do this: 1.Don't eat after 7. 2.Have green tea every day. 3.Have a Cabbage tomato soup. 4. Have raw vegetables.
Does anyone watch any you tube vloggers that they find help with motivation. I need a burst of motivation. I used to watch this girls videos ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SEv4yCZ_Aq4 ) but need someone who talks more as she just shows exercises but doesn't really talk through anything. Any recommendations welcome!
Yesterday it was 6pm and I still had around 800 calories left for the day. A MFP suggested preplanning for the next day. Do any of you do this for calorie intake/macronutrients? Also, I see people posting loses often and wonder if you weigh in several times a week, post and if it's motivational for you. Thanks!!
