How well you are carrying on during the first week?

This first week has been good. I've been diligent about logging in and staying on track usually with the help of daily exercise which is pretty important to me. I lost a very minimal amount, I'm going to buckle down and no more cheats. (I had Artichoke Pizza yesterday).0

My diet has been fantastic, avoiding the junk food at work and parties. Workouts are going to be tough due to super hectic week but I plan on getting there twice during the week and then on the weekend both days.1

Down 1.2 lbs. disappointed it's not more but I have my head up because it's still going in the right direction!2
